Erik is an industrial PhD candidate at Sparrow Quantum and the Niels Bohr Institute, affiliated with the University of Copenhagen. Previously he studied applied physics and chemical engineering in Eindhoven.

Ming-Lai joined Sparrow in 2024 as an industrial postdoc, with a PhD in quantum photonics at the Niels Bohr Institute. He is interested in developing entangled-photon sources and photonic quantum computing architectures for quantum emitters.

After his master’s in applied solid state physics at Ruhr University Bochum, Severin joined Sparrow in 2023. He is dedicated to further optimizing the fabrication of pristine semiconductor quantum dots for single-photon source applications.
