Our product is not off-the-shelf and depends on the production backlog. Typically, we can deliver within four to six months from the purchase order. Delivery dates are scheduled to the best of our knowledge and planning. However, due to unpredictable bottlenecks in current technology, fluctuations may still occur. If your order is affected by delays, we will promptly inform you of any deviations from the confirmed delivery schedule.
The specifications provided are typical values observed during resonant excitation with a pump laser operating at around 80 MHz repetition rate. Please note that these values are not guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper light coupling from the chip. In the event that the chip's performance falls below the specified values within the first 12 months after delivery, we provide full support, including the option to exchange it. We will replace the chip with a new one that meets the specified performance criteria. Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are important to us.
Our standard payment structure is divided into two instalments:
• 40% upon order confirmation: This initial payment secures your order and initiates production.
• 60% upon installation at the customer site: The remaining balance is due upon successful delivery, setup, and verification of functionality at your location.
This approach ensures a balanced commitment between both parties, allowing us to maintain high production standards while providing flexibility for our customers. If you require an alternative payment structure, we are open to discussing tailored solutions based on specific project requirements.
