Maxime has a PhD from Denmark’s Technical University and research experience from McGill University in Montreal, CA. Max has worked at Sparrow since 2022, first as a quantum photonics engineer before moving to the business team as technical project lead.

Søren is an attorney-at-law and E*MBA with 25 years of experience as commercial lawyer. Søren worked with Sparrow for many years as an external lawyer on a case-by-case basis before joining as External General Counsel in August 2025.

Niklas is an experienced Finance and Operations Manager with experience in both the corporate and start-up worlds, having previously worked at Procter & Gamble, Coloplast, and Scaleup Finance. Niklas has worked as Sparrow’s external CFO since 2022.
